killamch89 Posted December 21, 2024 Posted December 21, 2024 I recently revisited the Warlocked games, and it made me wonder how they’ve held up over the years. For those who played it back in the day, do you think the series deserved more attention? How does it compare to other RTS games on the Game Boy Color? Personally, I think it was ahead of its time for handheld strategy games. Anyone else feel the same, or have any fond memories of the Warlocked series? Would you have liked to see more games from this franchise?

It wasn’t perfect, but it was one of the few RTS games on the Game Boy Color, and it did a lot right considering the hardware. I always wondered what a more modern take on the franchise would’ve looked like. I would’ve loved to see it get more attention back in the day.
