I find the PlayStation Store quite clunky and hard to navigate. The search functionality needs improvement for a smoother user experience.

I personally think the PlayStation Store interface is generally pretty good. The recent updates made navigation smoother, and I like how they’ve categorized things, especially the Deals and Add-ons sections. The search functionality is decent, though it could use better filtering options.
