killamch89 Posted January 17, 2025 Posted January 17, 2025 With game sizes getting larger, I’ve been considering using an external drive for storing some of my games. Do you use one? If so, how’s the performance? Are there any issues with loading times or game lag? I’ve heard mixed things, so I’m curious to know if it’s worth it for saving space on my internal drive. What type of external drive do you use, and would you recommend it?
Scorpion Posted January 26, 2025 Posted January 26, 2025 I use an external SSD and love it! Performance is excellent, with minimal loading times. Definitely recommend it for extra storage!

Definitely recommend it for extra storage! I also have a 4tb external SSD specifically for games like Call Of Duty because that game takes up so much space!
