How do you deal with gossip and rumors

Both your friends, enemies and strangers will gossip about you especially when there's something to talk about. Maybe you're rich, popular and successful, it's a good reason for someone to be jealous and envious to gossip about you.

I usually choose to ignore gossip and focus on my own goals. Spending energy on rumors rarely leads to productive outcomes, so I channel my efforts into positive activities and personal growth instead.
