Could opening dev workflows via public roadmaps, community voting, or mod‑centric pipelines help nip contentious updates or feature debates in the bud? Have you seen studios succeed with truly participatory design?

A more democratic approach to game development, involving diverse voices and community input, can identify potential issues early. This inclusivity fosters understanding, reduces misunderstandings, and helps resolve controversies proactively, creating games that are more respectful and better received by audiences.

Involving player representatives in early playtests can surface sensitive content issues, allowing developers to address concerns constructively before public release.

No. This stuff will evolve into LITERAL endless complaining and henpecking when nothing would get done in the mean time.

What you're offering here is more red tape, restrictions and regulations.

Hideo Kojima read "HUNDREDS" of books prior to making one of the Metal Gear games. Other developers should do the exact same thing.
