How do you feel about streaming services on the PSP, if at all available?

I’ve been reminiscing about my old PSP and imagining how it might’ve evolved if Sony had added native streaming apps. Would you have binged anime on Crunchyroll or caught up on Netflix originals during your commute? How would the device’s hardware limitations like screen resolution, battery life, Wi-Fi speeds have affected your experience? Do you think the UMD drive’s removal in later revisions signaled a readiness for streaming, or was Sony solely focused on portable gaming? Would a robust app ecosystem have extended the PSP’s lifespan, or would it have diluted its core appeal as a dedicated gaming handheld?

I think streaming services on the PSP would be a great addition, making it more versatile for entertainment on the go. However, since the PSP's hardware is limited, I’m curious how well streaming apps would perform and if they could enhance the overall experience.

Honestly, streaming on PSP would've been amazing for long flights or commutes, but the WiFi speeds and data costs in 2004-2011 weren't ready for it. Maybe if Sony had partnered with mobile carriers for data plans, it could've worked.
