How do you feel about the design and build quality of third-party PlayStation accessories?

Affordable controllers, charging stations, headsets - third-party brands promise lower prices but sometimes sacrifice durability or performance. Have you found any affordable alternatives that match or even surpass Sony’s official peripherals? Conversely, which products left you disappointed due to poor ergonomics, laggy inputs, or subpar materials? How much are you willing to experiment with unknown brands versus sticking to Sony’s official license?

I think third-party PlayStation accessories vary in quality, but many offer good design and durability at a more affordable price. However, it's important to choose reputable brands to ensure compatibility and reliability, as not all third-party products meet the same standards.

The biggest issue with third-party PlayStation accessories is inconsistent build quality - you might get a controller that feels great for six months then develops stick drift, while Sony's DualSense has been rock solid for over a year of heavy use.
