What's your go-to game genre and why?

In my own opinion, all genres have their own stories to narrate and it resonates with the players differently. For me, I kind of like RPGs because it's quite engaging and gives a better immersive experience. What about you? Share why you are drawn toward one genre.

My go-to game genre is role-playing games because I love immersing myself in rich stories and developing characters. They offer deep gameplay, exploration, and strategic choices, making every experience feel personal and engaging. It’s a genre that keeps me hooked for hours.

Roguelikes keep me coming back because every run feels fresh and challenging. The risk-reward decisions and gradual skill improvement create an addictive loop of "just one more attempt.

On of my favorite genres are ARPGs, AKA Diablo-likes. Isometric dungeon crawling with tons of loot is my jam.
