Week of Total War: Three Kingdoms Livestreams Announced

In recent months, Creative Assembly has had a regular schedule of livestreams, both for Total War: Three Kingdoms and The Prophet and The Warlock DLC, which launched last month. Typically, that schedule has seen the studio stream once per week. However, for the final week leading up to the release date of Three Kingdoms, Creative Assembly has announced that they will be doing Total War: Three Kingdoms livestreams every single day!

Creative Assembly Announces Week of Total War: Three Kingdoms Livestreams

The format which Creative Assembly has stuck to in recent months as they show off the in-development game has been to stream 3-part series, with each weekly stream spanning around 2 hours. Previous series have shown off campaign gameplay for Gongsun Zan, Kong Rong, and others, for example. However, next week will be far busier. Starting on Monday the 13th of May, Creative Assembly will be livestreaming Total War: Three Kingdoms every day until the 23rd (excluding the weekend).

Total War Three Kingdoms Livestreams Announced

In keeping with their previous series format, they will be streaming four different series. This will begin with a Sun Jian campaign playthrough. Part 1 will begin at 3:00pm BST / 7:00am PDT / 10:00am EDT on the 13th. Part 2 will start at 1:00pm BST / 5:00am PDT / 8:00am EDT on the 14th. On the 15th, Creative Assembly will be streaming gameplay of the Yellow Turban DLC, which is available from launch. This will be the first time the studio shows off gameplay from the DLC, and the stream will start at 3:00pm BST.

On Thursday the 16th and Friday the 17th, the studio will stream part 1 and 2 of a multiplayer co-op campaign. This will feature gameplay for both bandit faction leaders; Zhang Yan and Zheng Jiang. Both multiplayer streams will begin at 3:00pm BST. There won’t be any streams over the weekend of the 18th and 19th. However, the Total War: Three Kingdoms livestreams will begin again on Monday with a 2-part Dong Zhuo campaign stream. The Monday 20th stream will start at 3:00pm BST, while the Tuesday stream will be at 1:00pm BST. Then on Wednesday, the studio will return to the Yellow Turban DLC for one more stream starting at 3:00pm BST.

Finally, on launch day itself; Thursday the 23rd of May, the studio will be holding a “launch day mega stream”. Indeed, this is likely to be similar to the all-day stream held on the launch day of The Prophet and The Warlock DLC. It will begin at 12:00pm BST.
