Hey guys, I am Javier Ulises Lopez. However, most of my friends have called me "Ule" for short. My base of operations is Xalapa, Veracruz which is a city located in the grand country of Mexico, a place that has been blooming recently with high-end eSports reach. Speaking of eSports. that's the area I currently find myself being the most adept with. While I enjoy talking about general subjects in the gaming industry as well. I also enjoy talking about eSports more than anything.
I am constantly in search for opportunities to continue my growth as a Gaming Journalist and I am deeply interested in learning the ins and outs of the industry as a whole, broadening my opinion about the games I cover and the companies behind them even more than before. Since I am fully aware about the difference between playing games for fun and playing games for a living (Which is THE most looked down upon aspect in this whole business) I want to expand my knowledge so I can become a better writer with integrity.
I own a Nintendo Switch and a powerful Gaming PC as well to keep in touch with the majority of releases of games. In the case of gaming experience, while owning consoles has been lacking at best, I have been an avid gamer ever since I was 5 years old, having franchises like Resident Evil, Silent Hill, Super Smash bros., Call of Duty, FIFA, Dragon Quest, Final Fantasy, Dissidia, among many others on my belt, I feel confident that I can offer a very clear opinion regarding the current industry and how to improve any faults it has.
Some other passions of mine include Video Editing and Image Editing. I also tend to be very vocal about my thoughts (To a fault at some points). However, I also am in a constant learning process and try to be as tactful as possible. That about does it for my profile. How ya doin?!

I guess they earned it for saying that Gaming Journalists are bad at games?

ZeRo and ESAM are pretty great Smash players. I also enjoy watching RaggTagg for the Overwatch content (Or rather, trashing nowadays). Other than that, I watch a channel called Core-A gaming which offers insightful knowledge about the FGC

Short answer: Yes, we do.
Competitive Smash Bros is one of the biggest eSports out there. Only beaten by games like DOTA and LoL

I'm going to sound like I hate almost everyone here and I am a contrarian for the sake of being a contrarian. However, I love the Modern Era of gaming and the games we have gotten in the 8th generation of consoles. Sure, we have a lot of unhealthy and unethical business practices in games. However, we also saw magnificent works like God of War, Spider Man, Cuphead, The World Ends With You, Smash Bros, Mortal Kombat, BlazBlue CrossTag Battle, Dragon Ball FighterZ, Flinthook, Moonlighter, This is the Police II, alongside many, many more games both from AAA and indie developers.

Thanks to how exhaustive I have to be in terms of reviews. I usually go for 3-6 hours on games. With friends, it tends to be all-nighters because we're usually playing fighting games until dawn.

We have a CEX location in Mexico, surprisingly enough. They took over the Blockbuster that used to be in place.

The World Ends With You.
I already got my wish, mostly because the game keeps being re-released in every single device imaginable.

I'd say it would be the world of BlazBlue.
Mostly because you would be an onlooker trying not to be killed by the main characters.
