Haven't watch a Walk through video in years, but I liked more when the commentary was kept as low as possible or only when needed. I think the last one I saw was when South park stick of truth was out.
So do you prefer it if its a comedy walkthrough or just straight up gameplay
-
Do you like it when its just straight gameplay without commentary or if they still do the walkthrough but add commentary and edit funny clips into the walkthrough as well?

I kind of agree that people want to escape reality thats why they create fantasy. They create things that does not exist. Lot of those things turn out to be affecting their mental and physical health. On that note I'd say that there has to be some sort of balance for the gaming. Like this way you don't get addicted with the gaming.
I think it depends, there have been times where I was excited about a game and I was addicted to it until I completed it
-
I think it can be a bit of both. Some play them in order to escape reality, I mean where else will you be able to ride fire breathing dragons? Narnia? However, some people become so absorbed into playing them that life tends to slip by without them even noticing

I think the Telltale games, mainly because each decision you make has an effect in the game. So if you choose a good/bad decision then the outcome in on you because that's the consequence of your action

I hate how they are trying to pollute gaming with the political bs. Why can't gaming remain untouched by their crap?
Well because they're running out of ideas at this point

I agree. Every masterpiece should stop and have an ending. I finished my AC with Ezio and never played beyond it. Nor with Connor, Edward and etc. It's simply ruining the memory of AC by adding sequels that are as well affected by leftist ideologies.
Ezio's story line was the best in the series it should've just stopped with him

I'd like a story where you are constantly hunted by the same organization. You cannot make any mistakes or the assassins will have your head - I would definitely pay for something like that. Not the same rehashed story.
They just need to stop it. They've rinsed it dry now

The thing that gets me is the story tends to be more or less the same in every game with a few details changed here and there. Why does every assassin have to be apart of the same organization?
We have to get the artefact, oh no the enemies got it this time. What do we do? We assassin some more and get it back!
It's just a constant cycle

Im just not understanding whats going on with the series because it's just getting boring, I'd understand if the last one they ever did was in the 1900's but that would be the best place to leave the very last game.
-
I'll be honest i didn't understand a thing you said when you mentioned some of the software

For some reason, I can't help but think they might even throw in a Megazord if AC was to go the futuristic route.
You know I wouldn't put it past them if they started to add aliens into it as well

only cod series i liked was black ops and modern warfare

It's true that Assassin's Creed is all over the place in terms of story and the gameplay hasn't really changed that much since AC2 - a few gameplay tweaks here and there but for the most part, it is the same system and they keep charging premium prices for it every year.
That's why I'm getting bored of it, they're really milking it out now. Just put a stop to it and finish the series

Yeah I agree to, they are afraid of loosing the fan base, Just put the Assassins creed stamp on it and people will buy it. And Its not even about assassins anymore, AC3 USA revolutionary, AC4 Pirate, Origins felt more like the prince of persia games, and Odyssey Spartans.
I loved the prince of persia series its one of ym favourite growing up as a kid. I want them to make more of that series instead
-
Ac2 was my favourite in the series but after after ac3 they should be finished it all off at ac4. Now they're just cranking out everything that they can and I find it pointless for them to do
-
I'd probably buy better pc with that cash and if I had anything remaining, buy a better laptop.
What would you do? -
I've been a fan of their games ever since they made Batman Arkham Asylum. I loved that game sooooooo much and then they made the trilogy and it was amazing. Now that they've completed it, does anyone have any idea what might be the next game in their works?

I don't mind as long as I get to play certain games before most other people and that is a pretty good reward within itself.
go for it dude they do have some decent games on itch.io it just depends if your laptop/ pc can handle it

That sounds like a very good website to check out. I wouldn't mind being a game tester at all.
well they dont really pay you for it its just a place to play the alpha/beta version of their game and if there are any comments you want to make to them then you just do so

Thank you for the explanation. Would you mind explaining a little more where I can possibly aquire these keys? Are there any active giveaways you know of? What section of Reddit do I need to follow? I'm interested in purchasing some video games of Steam for my new, gaming laptop. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
I went onto a website called itch.io developers usually let people test their games on there for free and let people report to them if there are any glitches or buggs

yeah i've used them a few times before, they're alright if you're looking for a decent deal, the products they sell are mostly 2nd hand. On their website if you look for the product that you want it will tell you what condition its in and where's the nearest store to your post code/ zip code

Portrayal of women in video games

Women tends to be over sexualised quite a lot. The thing I don't understand, when buying armour in game. It covers more of the male, for females its limited to just wearing a bikini. Where's the logic in that? When have you ever seen a woman in the army fight in a war in just a bikini?
