killamch89 Posted May 17, 2021 Posted May 17, 2021 For me personally, it's a bit weird. I have a drill sergeant and it happens to be my spirit animal - the Phoenix. If I start to slack off at something, every time I close my eyes, there's a huge flaming bird roaring at me and suddenly, I'm all fired up - I no longer care if I win, lose or end up anywhere else but I'm going to give it my all. How do you motivate yourself?
The Blackangel Posted May 17, 2021 Posted May 17, 2021 I haven’t had any real kind of motivation since I got my diagnosis of MD in 2015. The kind I have is terminal. There’s not much left to motivate a person after news like that.
