Games where you end up having to solve puzzles you created by mistake?

A friend was describing to me how she was trying to solve a puzzle in Subnautica that she accidentally created herself while building. What are some other games that feature mechanics which might cause you to have to solve puzzles of your own unintentional making?

Personally, I don't really like puzzle games, I really try everything in my power to stay away from them because they stress me out.
