Would you rather have a pause or a rewind button in your life?

Rewind button so I can correct my mistakes in any situation. Which one would you choose and why?

Pause. I could fix so many things in my life. I could change several things. Also rewind would create a paradox, because once you went back and changed something the rift in time would tear you apart because you would then have had no reason to rewind.
