killamch89
Personally, I'd pick the assets because you'll usually always have access to them and you can convert them into other types of assets at your convenience. Physical properties are different in that you'll have to go through a lot of agencies to sell one property and the amount of fees you'll pay will grind your gears. Do you agree with my choice? The Blackangel
I would take the property. It would be nice to have a getaway place. Put a small one room cabin, with just a fireplace, bed, table and chairs out there. No power, no plumbing. Have an outhouse. Bring water with me. Use the fireplace for both light and cooking. It would be like living off the land again the way I used to do it as a kid. I may never come back from that cabin. I swear by the Gods, that if I ever end up with a plot of land, and the money to do it, I'm going to have one built. Hopefully it will be in the woods with trees all around. I might go ahead and get the plumbing, but no electricity. That's just defeating the purpose for me. The land would be so much more beneficial for me. Also I could possibly rent out pasture to people with cattle or horses. Edited August 31, 2021 by The Blackangel
