What film presents an idea for an interesting game mechanic?

Is there a movie you can think of that contains the seed of an idea for an interesting game mechanic? For example, I think a game where you play an organism similar to the one in The Thing would be intriguing.

I'm very impressed with what I saw in the movie Rurouni Kenshin in the character build up of Battosi and Shishio Makoto in the game Jump Force.
