killamch89 Posted September 6, 2021 Posted September 6, 2021 The slightest unnatural sound in my house will immediately wake me up and I won't rest until I find out what it is. Is there anything that can keep you awake at night?

It distracts my mind from running wild over random thoughts which always kept me awake. I pop in a DVD of American Dad, Family Guy, or Futurama and I go to sleep easy.

So does it turn off on it's own or you do it in the morning?
