For instance, in Skyrim and Fallout 4, there's SKSE - albeit each game has their own unique version. Then you'll have to find out which mods are compatible with each other by using tools like Loot for instance. It's best you look up detailed videos on YouTube before you start modding any Bethesda game. The stress and how challenging it is to successfully mod Bethesda games is why I leave everything for my brother to do it for me because I don't have the patience for it.
