Petty letdown: Why is Peryite’s realm in Oblivion just like Mehrunes Dagon’s?

It really irked me that I got to visit Peryite’s realm in Oblivion only to find it is a carbon copy of Mehrunes Dagon’s realm. Did anyone else find this incredibly disappointing?

Of course it is and that because according to the lore books and what's described in-game, both realms of Oblivion are vastly different but Bethesda's laziness made them carbon copies of each other.
