Game where you can’t pause combat

How do you feel about games where you can’t pause combat (except, usually, by pulling up the game menu)?

Hmm, I never played any video game and find out that when you paused you've disrupted the progress of the game. All games I've played, you can simply pause and start back from where you stopped.
