Pokemon Nuzlocke

I will attempt my first pokemon Nuzlocke challenge with randomizer cheat code activated. I will follow the normal Nuzlocke rules which are:
 

-Every Pokemon captured must be nicknamed.

-When a Pokemon faints, it "dies" and therefore must either be released or put in a "grave" box, unable to be used ever again.

-Only the first pokemon that shows up on any given route is catchable.

I will try to do this on Pokemon Heart Gold and will see how it goes. Have you ever tried a Nuzlocke challenge before ?

I haven't tried out a Nuzlocke challenge yet but it's something that I'm looking forward to having crossed off my checklist probably before the year runs out.
