Name some groundbreaking tech product that have yet to be invented or produced?

I'd say a flying car that can run on an infinite source of energy that can travel to space making space travel a personal leisure rather than a multi-million dollar excursion. What other tech products would you like to add?

It's funny I saw this topic as my eldest son just mentioned something to me. He recently cut his hand open near the knuckle and it's been difficult for him to use that hand and of course, it's his right hand and he is right handed. He has been struggling to do some things but doesn't always like to get the help as he is quite independent. He not too long ago had to charge his phone and his words were "Why can't they invent phones that charge from sunlight".

It got me thinking and I said to him "Who knows maybe we'll see it soon" but I do think that would be quite cool to see if it were even possible.
