So when they see a new product they would want to upgrade the previous ones so as to enjoy the new features. And of course they can afford it. At the same there are others that don’t fancy the constant update. It might be the funds, but for some they don’t see the need as long as the previous versions work fine. First of all, technology has more or less plateaued in the past 5 years especially when it comes to gadgets like cell phones and tablets. For the all the hype that's created every year about the latest models, when you compare them to the predecessors one or two years ago, you'll see that the technological upgrade is so miniscule.
