Kane99
If you still have your memory cards for your PS1, and you have saves you want to protect, there is a way to secure those saves for the future. As sad as it is to say, our memory cards will eventually stop working, as any device does. The files on said memory card don't stick around forever either, so there's always a chance that your old saves could be long lost to time. But, someone was able to make it possible to copy your old saves and transfer them to a PC for safe keeping. It's not an easy process, and requires an adapter for it to work, but it's one way to backup your old saves. You can view the full guide here: https://pslegends.com/how-to-backup-your-ps1-memory-cards/ I don't know if it works for PS2 memory cards though. killamch89
I'm definitely going have to locate my old PS1 memory card because I didn't know this was possible. Well, it's more like I never really looked into it.
