What are some games that allow the player to make use of passage of time as a tool in some way, for example, to help solve puzzles?

Titanfall 2 is the first game that comes to mind. There's also Timesplitters and Timeshift also make use of time-based abilities for different purpose including combat.

The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask cleverly uses time manipulation for puzzles, creating pressure and strategy with each cycle reset.
