StaceyPowers Posted July 4, 2024 Posted July 4, 2024 Are there any genres of games you thought you would dislike, but ended up really loving?
Lens Posted July 6, 2024 Posted July 6, 2024 I can definitely not forget the first time I played a simulation game. I thought that it's going to be so boring. But this game got me hooked from the very start.
Scorpion Posted October 3, 2024 Posted October 3, 2024 I initially thought I’d dislike rhythm games, but they’ve become a favorite. The challenge and fun keep me coming back!
Anders Posted October 3, 2024 Posted October 3, 2024 I bought Persona 5, really not knowing if it was my type of game. Neither the turn based combat or the visual novel style storytelling really appealed to me, but I really loved the art style, so I decided to give it a shot. Turned out I absolutely loved it. The combat is actually very good, and I really fell in love with the characters.
GameOn Posted October 9, 2024 Posted October 9, 2024 I first did actually excluded simulation games but they became my favorite series later on and I do enjoy playing Stardew Valley.
