How Do You Deal with Seasickness?

For those who get seasick, what are your go-to remedies or strategies? Do you use medications, natural remedies, or specific techniques to manage it?

I have never travelled by sea but I have travelled a lot by car when going places with family and I do suffer from motion sickness, it was worst when I was younger. 

I believe if I were to travel by sea, I would end up with sea sickness, how I would deal with it is not something I know at the moment unless I experience it.

I haven’t travelled by sea yet, but I’ve travelled by an airplane before. I didn’t get sick on an airplane.

Personally, I've been on cruises and boat rides and I've never had sea sickness. However, I've seen people who've experienced it and in some cases, the effects can be very severe.
