Sony began preorders for their 30th year anniversary, and it seems some of their loyal fans missed out on getting some of the devices that they wanted preordered? Do you think they shouldn't have made the portal fully open or found a way to ensure those who's been with them for long get attended to first of all?

This is a tough one to answer because yes, they should look out for their most loyal fans but Sony only cares about the money going into their pocket. It doesn't matter who gets it and who misses out.
