Maybe you’ve gone from a picky eater to someone who’ll try anything, or perhaps health-conscious choices have influenced your meals. What foods do you now love or hate that you never expected to?

However, quitting all refined carbs is a chore. You just get too used to certain unhealthy foods. You know? It's like somebody who loves takeaway food. Same here. As an adult, I started to eat more healthily and also more homecooked meals and it has paid off. I don't think I've had one health issue in the past decade outside of flu for half a day in 2016. Knight Plug 1
