killamch89
With the rise of VR gaming, some players report motion sickness, eye strain, or even physical discomfort after extended play sessions. While most headsets include a general safety notice, do you think developers should do more to warn players about potential health risks? Or is it fair to assume players are already aware of these issues?
Scorpion
Developers definitely need to prioritize player safety by providing clearer warnings about potential health risks associated with VR gaming. Not everyone is aware of the issues, and proactive communication can help ensure a more enjoyable and safe experience for all players.
killamch89
Yes, incorporating health warnings in VR games is essential. Detailed alerts about potential risks such as dizziness and disorientation help build trust between developers and users, ensuring that everyone is aware of any possible side effects before diving into the experience. Shortie
I do feel that developers of VR games should take a little more time to offer health warnings in their games. I do know some of them do have health warnings but it's usually for a few things and does not cover everything. If developers were to make health warnings with all possible health issues that could occur, that would be a lot better for those who use VR headsets to know and be aware.
