I find that in some situations, rushing feels necessary, but in others, I end up second-guessing myself if I don’t take a step back. How do you approach decision-making? Does it depend on the situation, or is there a clear pattern in your style?
Knight Barida Posted January 9, 2025 Posted January 9, 2025 I like to take my time to decide, but afterwards, it is all about ensuring that the decisions taken suit the agenda. I don't enjoy taking quick decisions, which I end up regretting at the end of the day.
