killamch89
When it comes to VR gaming, do you prefer the immersion of full-body movement, where you’re up and moving around, or the more relaxed experience of seated play? Full-body movement can add a layer of immersion but can also be tiring. On the other hand, seated experiences offer convenience and comfort, but might not feel as immersive. Scorpion
I lean towards full-body movement for the immersion it offers, even if it can be tiring. However, seated play is great for longer sessions when I just want to relax. Balance is key!
killamch89
I've found that full-body movement creates unparalleled immersion for action and adventure games, making physical activities feel natural rather than abstracted. However, for lengthy sessions like strategy games or simulators, I prefer seated VR to prevent fatigue from undermining the experience. The best setup allows switching between modes. Shortie
I have only used a VR headset a few times but have used one both with full body movement and seated and I have found that I much prefer to be seated when playing than standing with full body movement. I found that when I was doing full body movement, it made me dizzy and a little nauseous whereas seated was a lot different.
