Knight Plug Posted March 22, 2025 Posted March 22, 2025 I find it hard to quit carbs and sugar completely. I do like to eat a lot of fruit and tatties, bread, or pasta. But once you get sleepy at night, you kind of crave something sweet like a bag of candy or a trifle. Or drinking coffee with sugar to waken up your tired brain. 😛
