Would you say that there has been an improvement or a decline in the quality of games produced by Sony owned studios? What is your experience like? Edited March 25, 2025 by Knight Barida
Scorpion Posted March 25, 2025 Posted March 25, 2025 I believe there's been a noticeable improvement in game quality from Sony studios. Titles like "The Last of Us Part II" and "God of War" showcase incredible storytelling and design. Overall, the innovation keeps getting better, making gaming on PlayStation a fantastic experience!
killamch89 Posted April 14, 2025 Posted April 14, 2025 The question of quality reduction requires distinguishing between technical ambition and execution polish. Modern games attempt significantly more complex systems integration than previous generations, creating more potential failure points. What appears as quality reduction often reflects ambition exceeding implementation capability rather than diminished craftsmanship. The studios maintaining consistent quality typically establish realistic scope boundaries rather than promising revolutionary advances with each release.
