killamch89 Posted April 22, 2025 Posted April 22, 2025 Team Fortress 2 was my Steam gateway drug back when it went free-to-play in 2011. I'd been a console gamer before that, but the combination of accessible gameplay, regular updates, and the hat economy pulled me into PC gaming permanently. My Steam library mushroomed exponentially from that single download.
Shortie Posted May 3, 2025 Posted May 3, 2025 If I remember rightly, I believe the first game that I got on Steam was Left 4 Dead 2 as I wanted to play and have the ability to use mods on the game. I will admit, as much as I do have steam, I don't use it as much as I would have liked to due to limited time for gaming.
