killamch89 Posted April 23, 2025 Posted April 23, 2025 Games like Animal Crossing: New Horizons and Luigi’s Mansion 3 have cheered me up on rough days, but I want to hear your stories. Which Nintendo title offered solace during a difficult period, and how? Was it the soothing routine of farming in Stardew Valley on Switch, or the lighthearted co-op in Mario Kart 8 Deluxe? Share how the gameplay, characters, or world design provided comfort and why that experience still matters to you now.

I remember Animal Crossing: New Horizons was newly launched that year and I was able to snag it with money I had received for my birthday. I would play for hours without even realizing and that helped take my mind off things.
Scorpion Posted April 30, 2025 Posted April 30, 2025 Playing *Animal Crossing* during a tough time helped me find comfort and escape. Creating my virtual island, relaxing with simple tasks, and enjoying peaceful moments provided solace and reminded me that small joys can make a big difference in difficult times.
