Who else remembers playing World of Warcraft? Do you know how many players still actively participate in the game today? What keeps some players engaged after all these years, and how has the game evolved to maintain its popularity and community over time?

WoW fundamentally shaped online gaming culture for generations. Things we take for granted - raid mechanics, guild structures, even certain slang originated or were popularized there. I've moved on, but its current population across retail and classic versions remains substantial enough that finding groups is never an issue."

I remember World of Warcraft very well, used to play it back in the day but I would get addicted so now I tend to not play unless I know I have the time and money to invest. 

I do know that World of Warcraft is still crazy popular, I have a few friends who play it regularly who are always talking about the new updates.
