Everyone have a different way which they use to tackle loneliness in their lives. I'm hardly lonely because my daughter is with me most of the time but whenever I feel lonely, I call my mother and talk with her.

I don't tend to feel lonely often as I have my kids and my family but there have been times when I have felt lonely. Usually I tend to shut off watching my favourite TV show or movie or even play my favourite video games.
