Do you socialize with your coworkers?

I've seen some people at my workplace who barely get involved with their colleagues unless it's anything work related. They tend to stay on their own most of the time. 

I feel that's not good for better team spirit at work. If my colleague is respectful, I will always be willing to socialize with them.

I don't work away from home but when I did before my anxiety became a lot worse like it is now, I would work away from home but due to me being shy, I would always talk only if I needed to until I got to know someone a lot better. 

I feel now if I were to work with people away from home, I would probably struggle to socialize with my co-workers unless I had to.

Occasional happy hours, but I keep boundaries. Coworkers aren’t enemies, but oversharing leads to drama. We’re colleagues, not found family.
