I wouldn't say that this accessory has enhanced by gaming comfort on Xbox but it has for my eldest and youngest son and that is the Xbox Elite Series 2 Controller. They have been very happy with this console and how much you can do to customize it to your preferred way of playing games. 

I am tempted to get myself an Elite Series 2 controller when I have the funds.
