There hasn't been a Dino Crisis game since Dino Crisis 3 all the way back in 2003. Now there is talk of game designer Hideki Kamiya being interested in developing his own Dino Crisis game. When asked if he'd develop a game, he said he would totally give it a shot. Of course, that depends on Capcom, because it comes down to them on whether a new game is ever greenlit. 

You may know him from designing the Viewtiful Joe games. And in the same article, he discusses a possibility of a 3rd game in the series. He has ideas, but so far nothing has come of it yet.
