Is Red Dead online worth it ?

I'm considering extending my ps plus subscription after the trial for Red Dead online but I'm not sure if its really worth it, as to what I see there is a lot of grinding and micro transactions.

I think reviews are mixed and if you are skipping it due to microtransaction, I don't see the reason. Grinding is not much painful based on reviews.
