Mine would be a tuna footlong on Heart italian with 12 cucumbers, 4 scoops of sweetcorn and enough lettuce to cover the bread. As for the sauce element, a mountain of may goes down well for me.

Bread - Italian Herbs & Cheese Sandwich - Spicy Italian Cheese - American (extra) Toppings - Lettuce, Tomatoes, Parmesan, severe overload of Jalapeños. By severe overload, I literally mean if I can see the tomatoes while they're making it, there aren't enough jalapeños on it. And finally, toasted. Edited June 7, 2020 by The Blackangel
