I don't see why not. However, looking at the cooling fan could be distracting - but I suppose you could ignore it. Anyway, this whole thing reminds me of a fish aquarium for some reason. Why would that be the case, lol?

I haven't dealt with the term much outside of hosting. It's because WordPress and most forum software probably, uses it. Anyway, why is it that the gaming community isn't into Linux?
-
My satellite connection moves too slow for the downloading stuff that big. In that case, downloading has never been an option. Anyway, I'm not enough of a gamer to really go past a few physical copies from a store (offline) anyway.

One I can think of is when a little kid pours a drink in the console or maybe puts jelly in it. 😀 OK, well, adults or older kids could do the same by accident. Anyway, how would you deal with it? Would you get another console? Would you repair it? Who would repair it? Could you do it yourself?

Do you scratch games often? Do you have kids who do? I do know that games need to be watched, especially with young kids. They will normally scratch them!

I've mentioned my favorite games are the following (I am referring to all games, generally speaking, of the brand.):
- Mario Kart
- Donkey Kong
- Banjo-kazooie
Also, I have played or observed the following but they're not my favorite:
- Batman Lego
- Indiana Jones Lego
- Sonic The Hedgehog
OK, I really love Sonic the Hedgehog, but something about it makes me like it less than the top ones.

On 2nd thought, you don't really need a gaming computer - but you need at least a regular computer with an advanced graphics card and especially high memory. Anyway, my HP at least is upgradeable to more memory and probably can handle a better graphics card.
OK, I don't think a regular computer can equal a gaming computer - though they can possibly be good enough for art.

I like the Wii controller for the original Wii. There's something about it I can't explain. I simply feel it's more fun than other controllers.
-
I don't play competitively because Iv'e just not gotten into it. Anyway, I'm not sure how good I would be to compete in the games I love, notably, Mario Kart, Banjo-kazooie, Donkey Kong, and Mario Kart. Anyway, I have done quite well on most of them!

I just got the item for free while playing and it was just realized in the same day so I managed to sell it for 4 euros. I know some people who have sold items which they got for free for more than $300. I think it just depends on luck.
This reminds me of the domain selling biz. Anyway, you can get domains for practically nothing, resell them for hundreds or thousands, especially if you've built domain authority and trust flow to them!
Anyway, as you say, it's about luck and the same with what I'm speaking of. It's because it's often tough to get buyers even with a good product.

In Europe there is a thing called ACTA which was about to make the piracy illegal. There were protests here and the government chose to not sign it. It's completely safe here to pirate things as long as it's for home use only.
I doubt if there is much that US etc. companies could do about it anyway. What are they going to do? Start a war with nations over piracy? That's why China pretty much can middle finger the US in this regard.

Some like the wheel and others the controller - or maybe some like both! Anyway, I could never get used to the wheel, but i love the controller.
OK, I don't really like the wheel on any video game, but I remember playing with one on the big arcade ones. You know, where the game is as big as a refrigerator!

I don't think that we have any Game Stop stores in my country. There are great deals for the console users in Game Stop. Most people which play on PC prefer digital download and in some countries ( like my one ) pirating is legal and there are also people who just pirate most of the singleplayer games.
I doubt if it's legal anywhere. Do you have any sources? Anyway, if it is, then it could pose some international disputes.

If I wanted to get into challenges, I would want to do racing or sports. Anyway, who is into racing competitively and with which games? Also, if you don't race competitively, what would be your choice of a game? Well, for myself, I think professional Mario Kart would be fun.

What is the average income for pro-gamers? What is the low and high ends of the income spectrum and how are players paid?
OK, what should they be paid and how?
-
If anyone has gotten into it, feel free to tell me your wins, losses, income and other things related. Also, if you have no competitive gaming history, then tell me of another whose history you admire.
-
Please tell me to what degree you could handle the challenge. Also, if you can't handle it now, could you in the future - and what steps have to be taken?
Anyway, for me it would be a long haul, maybe like earning a masters degree. I mean, I just don't game that much!

I feel like people should be allowed to play games the way they want to play. Personally, I try not to use them, but if a game is just making me miserable in trying to get through a specific part, I'll look up how to beat it so that I can move on. Life's too short to get stuck for very long.
Hand-holding guides can be very useful for achieving 100% or winning a game in a specific way (to see a special ending, etc). So they definitely serve their purpose.
As for resources, GameFAQs is still one of the best places to find quality free guides IMO. I've been going there since 2002. Every game has a dedicated board too, so if you have a specific unanswered question you have it answered directly. And of course YouTube is the best place to find footage if you have a hard time visualizing something described in text.
Yeah, I agree. If I really am dead-set on getting thru a level or game and it's taken days with no luck, then I'd want a cheat guide. For instance, for the life of me, I could not figure out Paper Mario. I couldn't get past the 1st level, despite acing many other Mario games.
-
I think it takes the fun out so I would rather avoid it - unless it's a desperate situation! Anyway, some good places for cheat guides are the IGN board and YouTube. Who has been to those places?
-
Can you speak Italian? How much? Have you been to Italy or Little Italy in New York?
-
Two that I wished I understood were Paper Mario and Super Mario Sunshine. Anyway, I'm sure there are YouTube cheats for them - so maybe I will reattempt them someday. OK, what games have you struggled with to the point - you simply cannot do them!
-
Honestly, lol, all the popular ones! Why not? I don't understand the logic in not doing so - and it would be massively popular. Anyway, the Wii U is a dead console now, not sold, off to the 2nd hand sphere of things.
-
I like Banjo-kazooie, so I'd like to see some newer versions. It would be especially cool if it were for Nintendo - cause that's what I always get. Anyway, it was originally on Nintendo 64 and then later moved to Xbox. Has anyone tried it?

The deals are awesome but you got to remember the way Gamestop does business they take used games for a low price and sell them back for a slightly higher price.
Well, they wouldn't make money if they didn't. Do you blame them? How exactly are they scamming people here?
Next in Nintendo's line of sight?

They seem to come out with new consoles every 5 years, give or take. Therefore, they should come up with something around 2023. Anyway, not sure what it would be.
