  1. The Kingdom Rush series is an excellent bunch of fantasy tower defence games. The first three are pretty cheap, but the fourth one starts leaning hard into microtransactions, which is a shame given that it's also one of the best. You play as the bad guys!

The developers, Ironhide Game Studio, make great games in general. You can always tell an Ironhide game by their distinctive cartoony art style.

  2. Other then Xbox Game pass where you pay every month to able to ahve a big list of all games that you can get hold off 😉 Aren't many around since there is always competitions and not all want to go into that raod.

  3. Comes out on the 10th and every man and his dog are playing it already for the last two days. Why buy the game when you can watch people play in on Twitch LOL and end of the day I wait till it's on sale

  4. They might have an impact, but I don't think they individually have any outsized role in inflating the retro market any more than WATA etc. does, they're a side product of human greed, not a cause of it.

One thing I'm curious about, what do they offer if you were to sell them your games? The number I hear is most used game shops are getting "generous" in the 60% of retail/eBay offer range. So if there's a game that a brick & mortar store sells for $50 and DKO sells for $100 are they offering you $30, or $60?

  5. Charles Martinete also did the voice of parthonax in Skyrim, so it also shows that he could do Bowser and other characters simply because he’s an actual voice actor and not a celebrity. My heart hurts for the modern movie industry casting, because I myself have been trying to get voice acting jobs. But by the looks of things, I’ll never get passed indi games

  6. If we're talking purely games based on movies and not games inspired by movies (like the Star Wars games), I'd have to say Lord of the Ring: Two Towers.

I played the shit out of that game and it's probably one of the few games as I kid I completed 100% of. There were special unlocks for completing missions with perfect scores, so I replayed the same missions over and over again until I did it.

I forgot about that game and the mods makes the experience even better. I definitely need to start Modding Ark Survival Evolved. It's been on my list for a good year.

Mods is a big game chnage but then again Rather play with no mods first to see what the game is like.

I think there are phone games where you can challenge people for prizes. There was a game show I saw on mobile a couple years ago, where you could join a gameshow live and if you're smart enough and answer all the questions you might land in the game and could win prizes. I only played once, but gave up pretty fast.

Anything can be done if the devs willing to do it. Some time ago I played a TV based show on my older phone that was called Deal Or No Deal and that was fun while it last. Even though it was not a app based. All you do is pick and open the box 😛 can't be hard to do and win big. Gotta be a free game at the time when it was around.

  9. I like gamepass because I can use it on my PC, I love Microsofts flexibility they are the goats, but hey I own a Xbox, Playstation switch and a PC so I'm fine with them all having amazing services I just wish they all had a PC option like Microsoft but for download only, I don't want to stream games like some psnow titles, that reminds me of Google stadia lmfao...

But no idea if ninendo should have a link like the others...

  10. A Goomba.

He's trying to outwit two insane plumbers that want to stomp on his head. Throughout every 2D level he has to use stealth and puzzle solving abilities to stay alive, one hit and he's dead. He can have some limited control of the environment to set traps, and has to ultimately stop Mario or Luigi from reaching the end of the level within 3 minutes without he himself dying.

Think of it like classic Mario mixed with Oddworld: Abe's Oddysee.

You know it's bad when they don't even hide it anymore and they just let it be out in the open like it's normal. I guess that comes with so many people giving into their greed on games though, after a while they become too confident and they end up not even trying to hide it anymore.

Why hide it when people knows anyway and the worst part that people still go forward with it knowing what they going to get there hands into. People can spend so much money on WoT that end of the day it does not get you anywhere. I mean it's a game and I can do it the same way for free, just takes longer XD

  12. I think this would be interesting but idk if it would really sell. To me, Xbox is about putting games on everything, so people have accessibility to games. I think a handheld doesn't necessarily create accessibility because you have to buy the device and then Gamepass.

I think it's way more likely (and something they should be focusing on) is improving xcloud. There's rumors of a possible Gamepass dongle to plug into your TV. Mix that with the ability of Gamepass on a phone/tablet, then why have a portable?
