  1. 2K has been doing this for the past few NBA releases as well, really quite annoying. Next-gen consoles get an improved engine with more realistic animations and player models, and then they just lazily port the Xbone/PS4 versions to PC. For instance, despite being really easy to run you simply cannot run the most current or past couple NBA 2K games at higher than 60fps without it completely breaking the gameplay. Not shocked at all that while EA is finally improving their product they can't be bothered to build that for PC as well when they can just lazily copy-paste

  2. I loved the discovery and when magazines weren't afraid to let their writers' personality show through. My favorite magazine was Super Play, which focused on SNES, but they always showcased anime and cool tidbits of Japanese culture with regular sections from correspondents in Japan. I just discovered that scans of all the issues are on Archive.org, and it's great going back through them.

  3. With what has been happening around the world that is a major factor and that has chnaged things, not just E3. Did they do E3 as a live stream once also.. I rather have a opening day at a location then stream ob Twitch.

Hmm, I didn't know that. I always thought if you owned the game you could still stream it through xcloud. Unless it's been changed recently? I get wanting to charge something for streaming, especially since it takes so much to do it. I imagine it costs these companies a lot of server power and costs to handle.

To a point you can but you have to pay to stream and use the game. Also the game sthat we or you might want to play might not even be supported. At least you can give it a try for an hout but the waiting line is sooooooooooooooooooooo Longggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggg

  5. I would not say that it necessarily helped me deal with my trauma because that's a whole can of worms as far as coping/functioning goes, but Life Is Strange: True Colors is probably the most cathartic game I've ever played as far as something dealing heavily with trauma and probably the game that I have identified with the most in this regard as well.

COmes down to what you play..?

  6. I will say, the scripted gameplay thing doesn’t feel like a meaningful critique. Tons of game devs script their gameplay for trailers. You see it in Apex Legends trailers all the time. It helps devs control the variables so that they can show everything they want to show without the potential for embarrassing goofs on the part of the player.

  7. I honestly think you should put weapons in the game like rock Lee using his nun chucks after transforming, same for other characters if you could add some details like that. I’ve had this idea for storm 4 and I honestly hope you guys see this and think about something like that just to make the game somewhat new. But hey I’m buying the game regardless because I’m a huge Naruto fan but that idea would be awesome in the game

I had forgotten about Angry Birds LOL. I remember playing that and man was it frustrating. I think they ended up just ending development on that game if I remember rightly. That was another game that was fun at first but soon died off after a while.

XD, Fun playing it on the bus home while birds flying passed your head as you are playing 😛

Yeah, it's a bit of a shame that you need 1000 followers to be able to go live. I think that is a little overkill as it prevents so many people who want to use the platform from being able to do so. They really should look into monitoring lives better and allowing it from when people register or from a smaller amount of followers. A lot of whom go live on TikTok do follow for follow to get the live feature and then just sit there and stare at the chat whilst live, complete waste if you ask me. Would never dream of doing follow for follow as it never helps.

Worse part about it, I was on TikTok just the other night arounf 2am before I went to sleep and I watched 16 year olds to 18 year old live streaming doing girls things, mostly talking and using there phones. I was shocked that they are even understanding and allow that chat was asking there names and age and whatnot.

So many girls that stream on that platform

  10. This is interesting, because prior you couldnt just buy a xbox game and stream it for free. You had to get Game Pass for xcloud regardless if you owned the game. With Geforce Now you don't have to subscribe to a service to stream a xbox game anymore. Also this includes PC games that you can't even stream on Xbox itself like Fallout Tactics and other ancient bethesda titles, though perhaps that might be about to change which is great because I'd love the option to pick what version of a game I want to stream as I play on both Fallout 76 PC and Xbox.

  11. One reason I think they still need to happen is all about connecting to peers and fans and all the networking you can do on these exhibitions. Otherwise I feel developers and publishers will sit in their own bubbles and therefore the whole industry will get stale and invention-less. I never been to E3 and I see why I do not go as the cost for me

  12. The magazines I see these days are 50% filled with advertisments. It was cool, but when you realize it, it's pretty much a couple guys that talk about their opinions. You don't need a magazine for that, in fact, you could just grab some gamer friends and there you go. Then that's how they make money as who really buys them..

Most just post things online for people to read about and that what I do

  13.  Great table presence and component quality however I felt it has a poor balance of player agency to upkeep. With much of the game coming down to dice luck and draft priority I don't feel like I needed to come back for a second helping. Not a bad game per say just felt pretty flat on it's first impression.

  14. If I had a Xbox but play on PC any then my favorite Xbox exclusives have always been the Forza series. Forza 4 got the simulation side down, and Forza Horizon was probably the best open world arcade driving game out there.

Oh wow! I only have 16GB of ram in my PC and that is now 5 years old nearly. I never expected any game to need that much RAM at all. That is crazy! I guess if anyone wants to be able to pick this game up, they are gonna need to either have the RAM or going to need to be making an upgrade. It really is very excessive.

16GB is the minimum nowdays. Used to be 8GB and now it's not. When it comes to gaming you really need 32gb 🙂 even so when I'm in gaming like MSFS2020 it's using 22gb if not more.
