However, going without something to drink for a day is infinitely worse - I've never been so thankful for water in my life! Which would you choose and why? I too have fasted & while not pleasant, it is doable. If anybody has been severely dehydrated, they know how 'good' water tastes! I also have well water so ours do taste quite good. I was actually trying out dry fasting and managed to do it for 24 hours.
