The sounds and music of a game I haven’t played in a long time are instant comfort/nostalgia

I’ve discovered that if I put in a game I haven’t played in years, the familiar sounds and music I spent dozens or hundreds of hours listening to in the past instantly give me a feeling of deep comfort and nostalgia. Do you feel that way?

Seriously - It's something that happens to me not only from long played video games but also movies too. 

This particular song "Ain't no Grave" played in "The Punisher" seems to have registered in my cerebrum. It triggers a lot of feelings whenever I hear it.
