Do you prefer combat where you can target specific body parts?

Do you prefer combat systems in games that let you target specific body parts for different types of damage (more than just headshots, which seem almost universal)?

When I'm playing GTA San Andreas version, I use my boots at times to kick the pedestrians down at the legs, and most so them never survive, that's the combat I enjoy.
