What is the single worst game-breaking glitch you ever encountered?

Worst game breaking glitch, that's a good one. I think for me, it probably was in Cyberpunk 2077. Considering that game has autosave, I accidentally fell under the map during one segment, and I had feared it would autosave while I was down there, and in turn I'd be stuck and would lose the progress I just achieved. Thankfully I was able to climb out of the glitch somehow and it didn't save there. But I had various encounters with glitches in that game where I'd thought I'd be stuck and would have to reload an older save. 

Other than that. WWE 2K20 is full of game breaking glitches, mostly ones that just close out the game, but there are moments in Universe mode where if you use a created character, they sometimes won't show up in cutscenes. Fun times!

I've had every sort of glitch and bugs in playing FIFA games and till today it is actually the reason why I've already given up on playing the game because it is so buggy that I can't have peace playing it.
